We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Digital Product Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- In support of WPB’s initiative - Digitize at scale, to drive growth of digital channel, formulate and execute strategies to position digital channel in WPB competitively, thereby providing a significant business growth
- Support projects and initiatives (CTB & RTB) relating to WPB digital channels, ensuring optimized customer experience and alignment to WPB objectives and interest
- Lead local implementations of digital initiatives ensuring delivery that meets business objectives
- Assist DPM in monthly performance reporting
- Assist to define the future products and the new initiatives HSBC Singapore should be working on, whilst putting together a robust Business Case to show the commercial benefits of launching it
- Assist to define and drive improvement opportunities across customer experience, commercial product sales and digitally native capabilities
- Keep track of action / follow-up items, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and change in requirements and periodic reporting
- Working with stakeholders across local market including Data & Analytics, Business Owners, Risk Stewards and Global colleagues to define the product and journey
- Assist to commercialise the product and track the ROI after launch to ensure it meets the expected targets
- Using customer insight and data to maximise customer experience
- Define functional and deployment requirements, in conjunction with Software Delivery, Change Delivery, Marketing and other stakeholders to facilitate improved customer engagement
- Refine the overall digital experience for new capabilities in partnership with Marketing, Proposition, and other key stakeholders
- Research new technologies & services, assess competitors, new entrants, and review digital regulations and put recommendations forward for new capabilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital banking product development / digital journeys from retail banking industry
- Working experience and knowledge on Payments, Cards, Accounts, Remittance and FX preferred
- Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
- A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
- Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills: you will be managing multiple stakeholders with often conflicting motivations and perspectives.
- Excellent command of Access and Excel and MS power points, JIRA and confluence page
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Experience of project, stake-holder management and organizational skills
