**Core Responsibilities**
- Assess and execute various investments in public and private companies and structured financial instruments.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses such as detailed valuation and financial modeling, strategic evaluation, and company/management due diligence.
- Demonstrate sophisticated modeling capabilities and consistently create mínimal to zero-defect models
- In evaluating potential investment opportunities, the Analyst will assist in conducting all aspects of due diligence, including financial, legal, tax, accounting, strategic, and deal structuring issues.
- Involved in negotiating and interfacing with potential debt financing sources and equity partners.
- Assist in monitoring current investments, interacting with the Operations Team and senior management of portfolio companies and assisting in the evaluation of strategic development, operational and financial alternatives, add-on acquisitions, planning and budgeting processes.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; demonstrate writing, presentation, and research abilities; proven leadership experiences; and comfort working in a high functioning team environment
