Vita Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Commissioning Engineer**to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Vita Partners is the Asia-Pacific’s largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with the construction and validation teams to ensure integrated facility installation, commissioning and qualifications.
- Develop the project commissioning and turnover plans
- Lead system commissioning, start-up & turnover teams on the project
- Drive and develop commissioning plans including scheduling activities
- Development of commissioning project budgets and manloading.
- Oversee and implement commissioning program to ensure quality delivery in accordance to the client’s specified standards
- Identification and selection of team members
- Drive training standards and delivery for team members
- Plan, schedule, and manage FAT attendance
- Lead in protocol development and execution activities for Design review, Installation Verification and Operational Verification
- Technical oversight and guidance to the commissioning team
- Collaborate with Safety team and oversee safety aspects of commissioning team
- Lead in change management activities during project lifecycle
- Lead in report writing/ metrics / schedule reviews

Requirement
- Recognized Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5-8 years’ experience in a field engineering position
- Experience in a similar role in building/ refinery/ petrochemical/ process / pharmaceutical plant construction would be a distinct advantage
