This role would be a level-up experience if you have been handling banks or company-level kind of incident management.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Incident Management for SG-Mail Services to WOG client**:

- To understand SG-Mail environment to provide the incident management supports - Infrastructure incidents or User incident
- To handle/manage the SG-Mail related incidents to close with SLA
- To manage P1 infrastructure case and P1 VVIP case to provide regular update and closure within SLA
- To coordinate the incident between SG-Mail L2 and vendor, ATFM to resolution
- To perform incident analyse to improve incident handling time a reduce the incident to reoccur
- Project Coordination
- ** To handle mini projects requested by agencies and to close within project timeframe, common projects include**:

- Agencies domain change
- Investigation
- Move user from agency to agency
- EXO migration support & etc.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in IT/Computing
- Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization
- Demonstrated experience of Managed Services
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
