**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute reliability tests for new technology and new product qualifications
- Plan and design reliability testing protocols and experiments based on industry standard, product specification and project requirements
- Collect and analyze data from reliability tests, field return, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and identify area for improvement
- Analyze and investigate any reliability failure mechanisms that are stress activated during each reliability test item, to determine any underlying factors contributing to reliability issues
- Manage the maintenance and calibration of reliability test chambers, instruments and equipment
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop reliability test plan, protocol and procedures
- Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in reliability function performing stress items such as HAST, Temp Cycle, High Temp, HTOL and ESD etc.
- Experience in bench test equipment and microscopes
- Experience with RF components and devices will be an added advantage
- Able to read and comprehend schematic diagram
- Strong analytical skills with aptitude to learn
- Strong oral and written communication skills
