**Get to know the Team**
- Own and drive the strategy and product roadmap for your area of responsibility within the Geo IoT and Hardware team.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers focused on your area of responsibility.
- Define a winning strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility by distilling input from various internal and external stakeholders and guide long term product innovations for Grab’s future success.

**Get to know the Role**
- Internally champion your strategy and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to execute on your roadmap by providing leadership including prioritization and tradeoffs to a large group of engineers, designers and distributed operations team.
- Define success criteria and tracking metrics that measure the impact of your work against agreed objectives.
- Be a team player, live our values and contribute to broader objectives of Grab to achieve our mission to create economic empowerment for the people of Southeast Asia.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Run the market analysis, user research and focus group together with other stakeholders to validate the product concept and prototype.
- Drive the execution of market competition analysis and product benchmarking
- Drive to clarify and sort out the user stories and build the product business case
- Drive in product meetings with various stakeholders.
- Drive product concept, roadmap and strategies
- Work with cross-TF stakeholders to discuss the product planning, help for the product roll out and collect the customer feedback.

**The Must-Haves**
- 10+ years of experience as a product manager in ‘location’ or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to independently operate in a complex and ambiguous environment, constructing clear strategies and roadmaps supported by analysis and data from loosely defined priorities and goals.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through full software product lifecycle including employment of design thinking in synthesizing requirements, inclusion of customer centricity into every stage of product life cycle, leading by influence of a large, culturally diverse and distributed team, data driven decision making across the product lifecycle and demonstrated success in managing products from concept to retirement.
- Demonstrated grasp of financial concepts to plan resource allocations and ongoing tracking against business objectives
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business finance, economics or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to all levels from executive leadership to engineering and operations.
- Demonstrated leadership of a team including goal setting, personal development and coaching and inspiring for impact.
- Passion for tech industry and building delightful product experiences with ownership mindset to learn, influence and not shy away from hard stuff to meet objectives.

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience having investigated product market fit and first launch
- Demonstrated participation in driving industry discussions as a company representative and/or recognition as a thought leader in field of expertise by active participation in industry forum
