**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level system

integration and automation projects. This role focuses on managing log management

implementations, automation initiatives, and cloud integrations while working closely with

offshore development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project & Technical Leadership**:

- Gather and clarify business requirements for automation and log management projects
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery
- Coordinate between offshore and internal development teams (based in Singapore,

Vietnam, India) and stakeholders from TCZ (Singapore) and TCI (Japan HQ)
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain knowledge base
- Arrange and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations
- Address technical queries related to implementations and documentation

Technical Implementation & Oversight
- Oversee SaaS integration projects with Sumologic
- Manage M365 migration projects using Azure Portal
- Lead automation initiatives using:

- CoPilot Studio and Workato Genie for agent development
- Terra-form scripts for Azure Entra ID automation
- Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.)
- GitHub Actions for workflow automation
- Implement and maintain logging standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in system integration processes
- Monitor project deliverables and system performance
- Verify technical implementation quality and accuracy

**Technical Requirements**:
**Core Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with AWS Console, Azure Portal, particularly for M365

administration, Organisation Unit, and Subscription Management
- Strong understanding of log management systems, particularly Sumologic
- Experience with automation platforms:

- CoPilot Studio and Workato Genie for agent development
- Terra-form for Azure Entra ID automation
- Power Platform suite (including Dataverse)
- GitHub Actions
- Experience with cloud service integration and API implementations
- Understanding of microservices architecture and system integration patterns
- Ability to evaluate technical proposals and architect solutions
- Proficiency in scripting and basic programming concepts

**Integration & Tools Expertise**:

- Experience integrating various SaaS platforms with logging systems
- Knowledge of cloud logging and monitoring best practices
- Extensive experience with Azure Portal and M365 administration
- Understanding of API integration patterns and practices
- Experience with automation workflows using Cypress
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Strong track record managing offshore and onsite teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and integration tools
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-wide system implementations
