**What the day will look like**
At the outset, supporting the TS Growth leader in the following key aspects:
- Engagement tracking
- Tracking external engagement with prospects, clients and channel partners; mapping relationships and managing regional mailbox and communications
- Coordinating with global / regional teams on key global / regional relationships
- Deal sourcing
- Checking data bases for new potential transactions, making the internal connection / push
- Marketing collaterals
- Working with global and regional marketing team, customising (where relevant) to local language and audience
- Working with TS team on pitch decks and general marketing materials
- Statistics compilation
- Tracking pipeline - from queries to closing, and conducting relevant analysis
- Events coordination
- Maintain and track budgeting for TS team events calendar
- Support TS team to deliver on
- and off-line conferences
**How this opportunity is different**
Aon is Asia’s leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing. Aon’s Transaction Solutions (TS) team provides bespoke insurance solutions (Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance, etc.) that give financial security to buyers and sellers in M&A transactions by transferring potential future liabilities to the insurance market.
Forming a critical part of Aon’s regional specialty team and supporting the Growth leader of Transaction Solutions Asia, you will be assisting in sourcing, originating and TS opportunities. This is achieved through engaging the internal Aon client service teams and external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) to develop, maintain and track relationships to deliver TS solutions.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Able to work in a structured way with a high degree of autonomy and ability to self-motivate. Have a positive and friendly attitude, with a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner.
- Possess superior communication skills, both orally and in writing, and ability to effectively and confidently present to stakeholders.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- To be based in Singapore.
