**We are a music center providing Chinese music instrumental education, come join us if you believe in music education**

**Job description**
- Ensures timely collection of school fees
- Attends to walk-in customers
- Help with signing up potential clients
- Carries out administrative duties such as student registrations, invoices and payments of music courses/books/retail products, teachers’ schedule, students’ replacement classes etc.
- Ensures smooth running of school operations and provides counter desk support during operating hours
- Motivates and works well with the team towards achieving excellence and to meet school targets and key performance indicators
- To assist the Supervisor on specific responsibilities and report in a timely manner
- Manages inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the school
- Maintains good care of school equipment, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- And any other duties assigned to you
- Provides excellence in customer service
- Be compassionate and professional to customers, students, teachers and colleagues
- Shows integrity towards work

School location: In the mall beside Marine Parade Mrt station (exit 1)

2 opening slots for working Commitment:
Slot one: Thursday, 2pm-6pm and Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Slot two: Friday, 2pm-6pm and Sunday 9am-6pm

Working Hours & Benefits:

- $700 per month

Preferred Job Skills & Experience:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- 1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, canva etc
- Good problem solving, detail-oriented and organization skills

Work Eligibility Status:

- Eligible to work in Singapore and do not need work sponsorship
