Recognized Diploma or Degree in Related Field of studies (Mechanical preferably).

Working Hours : 8:30am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri), 830am-12.30 pm (Saturday)

Work environment : Office 50% ; Site 50%

**What you will learn**:
v Learn Basic knowledge of methods, materials, tools, safety practices and equipment used in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) trade.

v Understand engineering drawings and generate sketch as well as bill of materials

v Learn and understand individual engineering equipment and items

v Learn about HVAC system.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Prepare documentation such as MOS, RA, material submission
- Observe safety requirements and safe work practices and methods as required.
- Assign work and oversee the work of HVAC trade.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on completed assignment.
- Learn to read and work from drawings, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
- Opportunity to deal with client, consultant, supplier, vendors at all levels
- Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub
- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
