- You will work closely with experienced English Language Specialists and have access to our unique and proven method of **teaching English using Formulas **.
- During your internship, you will learn **how to design an effective curriculum **that is tailored to meet the needs of students, taking into account their strengths and weaknesses.
- You will also learn **how to facilitate lessons / group discussions **that are both effective and engaging, using a range of teaching methods and techniques.
- Additionally, you will learn **how to provide feedback **to students in a constructive and supportive manner, helping them to improve their English Language skills.
- One of the most important skills you will develop during your internship is the ability to **build rapport with students **.

You will learn how to connect with students on a personal level, and how to create a sense of trust and mutual respect that will enhance the learning experience for learners.

Exceptional interns who demonstrate outstanding performance may potentially be upgraded to a **Teaching Associate (Part-Time) **during their internship OR be given a job offer as a **Teaching Specialist (Full-Time) **upon completion of internship.

**What you will be involved with**:

- Assist Lead Teachers in the preparation and facilitation of English lessons
- Help to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance
- Assist with classroom management and supervision
- Collaborate with experienced teachers to identify areas for improvement and development

**Schedule:
As a forward-thinking organisation, we believe that productivity is **not about clocking hours **in the office. We offer a **semi-flexi arrangement **based upon mutual understanding and trust with our staff to encourage their peak performance.

Teachers can choose where, how and when they would like to work so long as they are on task, on time and on target.

This means you are required to be in the office only when you have classes or to attend meetings and training.
- Up to 6 classes (12 hours) per week
- Company Meetings or Trainings / Events - selected Wednesdays (3 hours)

You can choose **ONE **of these arrangements:

- 2 x we
