**The Opportunity**:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Executive to join The Keystone team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning, safety, and maintenance of our co-living properties. You will play a key part in providing a comfortable and secure environment for our residents by overseeing daily operations, managing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional passionate about property management and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Building Operations & Maintenance**:

- Oversee daily building operations, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and lifts.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to proactively identify maintenance needs, potential hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure the timely repair and preventive maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure within the properties.
- Manage facility-related service contracts, including those for cleaning, security, and pest control, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Monitor and manage utility usage (electricity, water) and propose efficiency measures to reduce consumption and costs.

**Resident Support & Safety**:

- Professionally handle tenants' or guests’ feedback and service requests related to facilities, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and fire safety requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy living and work environment for all residents and staff.
- Support emergency response protocols and incident reporting, acting swiftly and effectively during facility-related emergencies.

**Documentation & Planning**:

- Maintain comprehensive facility documentation, including inspection records, maintenance logs, and checklists.
- Support space planning initiatives, including workspace allocation, reconfiguration, and optimization of facility layouts to meet evolving needs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property, building, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with local statutory regulations (e.g., Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), or local equivalents) is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with maintenance management systems.
- Ability to work on-site, and flexibility to work sometimes during weekends or after-hours for emergencies.
