**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies and procedures across all clinics in the group.
- Oversee clinic employees, manpower planning and infrastructure management to ensure that all clinics are run optimally and service standards are met.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality, attending to patient’s feedback and complaints promptly and to completion.
- Review and develop Clinic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support and improve organisation effectiveness.
- Leading a team of clinic employees, including their induction, training and development, to ensure their success in the role
- Participate in clinic recruitment and retention to achieve stable, skilled and motivated workforce and achieve the desired customer and business outcomes.
- Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained in all clinics while leading clinics to achieve various goals in customer service and financial targets,
- Ensure proper administration and documentation of all transactions and claims
- Devise innovative services to continually improve service standards for both patients and employees.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

**About you**
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years' working experience, preferably in the Healthcare industry
- At least 1 years managerial experience in an operational setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of profit and loss statements.
- Familiar with Clinic Management Systems, various Insurance & Third Party Administrations portals and government schemes would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes a pragmatic and proactive approach to handling matters.
- Ability to think outside of the box, and roll-up-your sleeves to solve problems as they arise
- Experience in audit/risk management in healthcare/clinic operations setting will be an advantage
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
