We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations and management of the company, driving further growth and expansion in global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and business objectives to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of various departments, ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes.
- Expand and maintain business relationships in international markets, identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the company’s financial and human resources to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, adjusting the company’s market strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain excellent client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the company in key business activities and meetings, enhancing the company’s brand image and visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in international business services or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and leading teams to achieve goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of effective strategy and action plan development in complex business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of international markets and cross-cultural work experience, able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong bilingual communication and writing skills.
