**Summary**:
Seeking an experienced consultant to oversee the implementation of recording, archiving, and surveillance solutions for voice and chat communication channels. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project delivery expertise, and technical knowledge of communication platforms and their integration with surveillance systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary interface with business lines and compliance teams to collect, analyze, and document communication scenarios.
- Identify conduct risks and contribute to creating frameworks, including awareness and consequence management strategies.
- Drive IT teams to deliver robust technical solutions, ensuring compliance with recording and surveillance standards.
- Prioritize and plan regional solutions in alignment with global frameworks.
- Track project milestones, including operational controls, conduct risks, and technical solutions.
- Report progress, address project risks, and provide updates to senior management through steering committees.

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of core banking businesses and front-office interactions.
- Familiarity with voice and chat communication channels, technical flows, and back-end surveillance systems.
- Proficiency with Office tools for documentation, data analysis, and presentation creation.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-management skills.
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, project planning, and communication channel surveillance.
- Experience with recording and archiving solutions in financial institutions.
- Ability to analyze risks, develop operational controls, and manage compliance frameworks.
