**What the role is**
- You will join VITAL’s Finance Services Function as a Senior Section Manager/Section Manager.

**What you will be working on**
- You will plan, control and maintain a range of finance activities and lead a team of 10-13 Executives/Senior Executives to support and achieve the organisation’s goals of providing quality and timely finance services to Client Agencies, in compliance with the relevant public service financial guidelines and operating procedures, while maintaining the stipulated service standards as stated in the Service Partnership Understanding (SPU), and meeting the KPIs to achieve the organisation’s goals of becoming a trusted Service Partner that provides reliable and quality service. You will also be involved in stakeholder engagement and process reviews to drive greater efficiencies across WOG.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Accountancy - More than 3 years of experience in a finance related position - Strong analytical skills, resourceful, meticulous and a team player - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Possess good initiative and a ‘Can do’ attitude in striving to constantly improve oneself. - Inquisitive nature with a strong desire to understand all processes. - Able to articulate one’s opinions confidently and engage in constructive debates.
