**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to enhance the design, functionality, and user experience of our multi-lingual website, built with WordPress, WooCommerce, and various plugins. The goal of this short-term engagement is to improve the site's overall look and feel, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration of data with Salesforce. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to implement changes that are both impactful and maintainable.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Design Improvement**:

- Update the website's theme to improve its overall look, feel, and usability.
- Ensure the new design is responsive, accessible, and aligned with our brand identity.
- Minimize custom development by leveraging available WordPress plugins.

**Member Directory Revamp**:

- Redesign and improve the member directory section of the website.
- Connect the member directory to Salesforce to enable dynamic data updates.

**Event and Course Registration Forms**:

- Create forms to streamline the registration process for events and courses.
- Ensure forms complement WooCommerce
- Enable all captured data to sync seamlessly with Salesforce.

**Salesforce Integration**:

- Collaborate with our team to understand the current Salesforce data structure.
- Implement solutions that integrate WordPress plugins with Salesforce.
- Maintain a preference for plugin-based solutions to minimize custom development.

**Handover and Training**:

- Train our regular webmaster to manage the updated website and its integrations.
- Provide clear documentation and guidance for ongoing maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in WordPress, including experience with WooCommerce and plugins.
- Strong understanding of website design principles, responsive design, and UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating websites with third-party platforms, particularly CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience with Salesforce integration or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in customizing and optimizing WordPress themes and plugins.

**Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong communication skills, particularly for training and documentation.

**Deliverables**:

- Fully revamped website with a new theme and improved user experience.
- Updated and connected member directory integrated with Salesforce.
- Functional and user-friendly event and course registration forms integrated with WooCommerce and Salesforce.
- Comprehensive documentation and training for our webmaster to ensure smooth handover.

**Support Provided**:

- Access to our existing website, Salesforce system, and any required plugins or tools.
- Guidance and training on understanding our Salesforce data structure.
- Collaboration with our internal team for feedback and insights during the process.

**Work conditions**:

- **Position Type**:Full-time (35 hours/week).
- **Work Arrangement**:Remote.
- **Contract Duration**:3 months with possibility for extension.
- Flexible working hours, with occasional meetings based on project needs.
