We are looking for a **Sales Admin Coordinator **to manage the day-to-day sales and admin duties.

**Responsibilities:
- To attend walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- To explore and introduce different types of products & services and options that are available to walk-in clients.
- To perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- To maintain and update customer records.
- To handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- To work closely with All Dept to manage projects as well as documentation and filing.
- To ensure all sales orders are entered in a timely manner and to make sure sales orders are being processed.
- Arrange delivery for both local and overseas orders and monitor the status of orders.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, or distributors for shipment arrangement Generate Sales Orders, Sales Contracts, Delivery Advice/Shipping Instructions, Delivery Orders, Invoices & Packing Lists.
- Update and consolidate sales and management reports on a regular basis.
- Handle admin and some basic HR matters.

**Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is required.
- 1-3 years of working experience as a Sales Admin or Sales coordinator.
- Min. Diploma qualification. A degree is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and resourceful and possess a positive work attitude.
- Able to multi-task with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
