Sales Executive-preferable Pharmacy Background

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business and new product line and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation within assigned verticals
- Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offering and competitiveness
- Develop intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in delivery of logistics services
- Develop risk mitigation plan
- Develop sales performance metrics based on organisation service prices and cost structure approach
- Develop vertical business plans to grow the markets of vertical sectors
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve customer loyalty
- Engage customers in exploring solutions that address their needs
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
- Optimise use of allocated resources within business activities
- Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness
- Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes
- Review sales proposals or tender documents
- Shape sales effectiveness
- Make accurate decisions, recommendations, and successful establishment of new businesses
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.
- Develop and implement product management activities including strategic planning, brand building activities and product development plans
- Assists Managing Director in the formulation of marketing and pricing strategies by conducting market research and providing competitive landscape analysis for all new products.
- Follow up on regulatory and product registration matters
- Organise, manage and co-ordinate sales and marketing activities
- Responsible for new product development including OEM products
- Responsible for new product formulation and follow up
- Work with advertising, media and creative agencies to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns
- Preferable pharmacy background, pharma sale background
- Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
