**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, plan and conduct appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.
- Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.
- Monitor progress of children, complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.
- Prepare appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.
- Establish effective classroom management.
- Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.
- Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

- At least a Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education from a university recognized by the Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
- ECDA L2 Certified.
- High levels of patience and passion for children and do not view them merely as chores.
- High levels of emotional intelligence, adapt in relationship management with peers and parents.
- Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.
- Enjoy working with children, and am passionate about educating children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible and able to offer help when needed.
