**About Us**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
As an Intern in the University Relations & Early Talent Engagement team, you will gain experience and expand your caliber by working on key critical projects, developing your critical thinking, communication, and strategy planning skill You will be part of an exciting team in strategizing and delivering world-class recruiting solutions to attract, retain and engage top and diverse talents from different tertiaries, varsities, and institutes of higher education.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Diversified engagement and hiring programs for interns, new college graduates and new technician graduates
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of underrepresented engagement programs (Gender Diversity, Ethnic Diversity, Persons with Disabilities)
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including Micron Foundation’s Inspire Learning team in building and furthering Micron’s mission in enriching lives for all by providing equitable opportunities for underrepresented groups, and increasing access to STEM education to create a lasting social impact

You are currently an undergraduate with a passion for people and interest in human resources. You should possess strong problem solving, organizational and project management skills, with a strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.) and other collaborative systems. You must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work and collaborate as team.
