We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate **Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Consultant**to join our wellness team. You will play a key role in assessing client health conditions using TCM principles and recommending suitable holistic treatment plans. This role may involve supporting or performing TCM therapies such as **Tui Na**, **acupressure**, **cupping**, and **Gua Sha**, as well as offering guidance on lifestyle and wellness strategies based on TCM philosophies.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct TCM consultations using pulse diagnosis, observation, and medical history to assess client health conditions.
- Recommend and explain appropriate treatment plans, including TCM massage therapy, dietary changes, or lifestyle adjustments.
- Coordinate treatments such as Tui Na, acupressure, cupping, and Gua Sha, when required.
- Educate clients on TCM theory and promote understanding of long-term wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and adhere to clinic policies and professional standards.
- Collaborate with TCM physicians, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Ensure hygiene, professionalism, and a high standard of customer care in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in TCM-related fields (Tui Na, Chinese Therapeutic Massage, or WSQ/ITE/TCMPB-recognised equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience in a TCM clinic or wellness setting is preferred.
- Strong foundation in TCM principles (e.g., meridians, Qi, Yin-Yang, Zang-Fu theory).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build client trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage to handle bilingual clientele.
- Willing to work on weekends and shifts if needed.
