I am a top producer seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Assistant to join my team. You will work with the industry's best and learn invaluable skills both on and off the field In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and providing essential assistance with property-related tasks.

1. Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our property listings, and generate leads for property sales or rentals. Maintain an organized database of leads, record client interactions, and follow up on inquiries promptly.

Errand Running: Assist with property-related errands, including but not limited to handovers, defects checks, and coordination for repair works. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients, property owners, and other relevant parties. Manage calendars effectively to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid conflicts.

2. Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone. Display persuasive and convincing communication techniques to generate interest and close deals.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial when recording client information and arranging appointments.

Self-Motivation: Display a proactive and self-driven attitude to take initiative and work independently. Demonstrate resilience and persistence when faced with challenges.
