**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Sourcing**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet Siena Health’s standards for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excessive overstock. Proactively work with internal team to identify slow-moving SKUs and formulate plans to manage this. Implement inventory management strategies that optimize inventory turnover rates and reduce costs.
- **Operations Support**: Work with the team to forecast demand for products and supplies. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and inventory management policies and procedures.
- **Cost Reduction**: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles and inventory control practices.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
