**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud infrastructure automation and development, specialising in network domains including:

- On-premise networking (SD-WAN and private links - Direct Connect, Expressroute and Interconnect)
- Cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS Transit Gateway, Azure vWAN, GCP NCC)
- IPAM, VPN, WAF, Firewall, CDN, DNS, and Network Virtual Appliances
- Collaborate with the engineering team to:

- Explore new solutions and technologies
- Integrate learnings into development processes for on-premise and cloud networking solutions
- Leverage cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), virtualisation, and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-based container services)
- Create architecture artefacts and documentation to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders
- Lead continuous enhancement and exploratory work to design, develop, test, and deploy new cloud infrastructure technologies using agile methods
- Identify potential and emerging technologies relevant to project innovation

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in API/backend development and integration using Terraform and Python
- Experience with agile development, secure pipelines, and deployment automation
- Willingness to learn and understand Infrastructure as Code, Policies as Code, and Git
- Familiarity with code security and open-source tools in relevant domains
- Strong communication skills and passion for the work
- Excellent teamwork abilities, leveraging experience to support team successHands-on experience and strong contribution in past roles

**Desirable Skills**
- Understanding of Cloud Landing Zone concepts (e.g., Control Tower, Terraform Landing Zone, Microsoft Azure CAF)
- Passion for automation in large-scale systems, ensuring high security, resilience, and availability
