**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects related to logistics
- Maintain entire logistics facilities (distribution center/s 3PL WH) by successfully searching, negotiating and working closely with the best and cost-effective 3rd party Logistics provider/Local Couriers services to ensure smooth and cost effective order fulfillment and timely replenishment between the warehouses
- Manage and responsible for inventories management to achieve no stock out situation and monitor inventory movement on FIFO, expiry date of the inventory and ensure sufficient on hand stock
- Work with product team on all product issues and work with distributor Service team on order fulfillment enquiries
- Work with services providers and government body on import license, custom clearance and all related issues

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience or an equivalent 10 years work experience in Logistics
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and min 3-5 years working experience in management position
- Strong computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package (Eg: Excel) and Inventory Management System are preferred.
- Experience with Excel Formulas and Macro is an advantage
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Strong customer service and results orientation, and able to interact effectively with all levels
- Ability to function as an effective team member in the management team, and a leader to the logistics / warehouse team
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Excellent communication skills with staff and Customers
- Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
- Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills
- Results oriented, but attentive to details
- Must be a self starter and best team player, internally driven with personal pride in what he/she does.
- PC literate (MSOffice, etc.)
- Able to work on scheduled Saturday(s) with Customers Services Manager
- Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally to support Events
