**Key Responsibilities**

**Key Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. A Master’s degree (MBA) is strongly preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 15+ years of experience in strategy, organizational transformation, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and IT-driven innovation.
- Strong background in program management, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- **International Experience**:

- Significant exposure to working in global environments across multiple continents.
- Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in South-East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Exceptional ability to inspire and lead diverse teams across geographies.
- Proven track record of building internal capabilities and promoting entrepreneurial cultures.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, business intelligence tools, and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in implementing integrated data systems for operational transparency.
