Singapore MOL LNG TRANSPORT (ASIA) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Displays Visionary Leadership to lead and work with the teams to help them achieve both their collective and personal goals.
- Ensure company operates at highest level of HSSE performance.
- Setup and drive the Company’s Strategic Objectives for the division in liaison with Senior Leadership / MD and cohesively with direct reports and other divisions.
- Plan efficient management of department teams and projects identifying resources needed with appreciation of OPEX budgets.
- Monitor audits and inspection program for all managed fleet and on shore for ISM, ISPS and ISO including Internal, External SIRE, Class, Flag, TMSA and other customer audits as per assigned matrix and attention to robust follow-up.
- Oversee arrangements for Management Meetings in office (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MR) to review performance of fleet under the objectives and targets set, including sickness and injury report, external information related to regulation, ministerial ordinance, environment accident, non-conformance, and other alignments in line with the identified benchmarking.
- Execute DPA and CSO responsibilities as assigned under ISM & ISPS regulations.
- Ensure marine casualty management, Incident investigations as per company SMS and execute emergency response to report the process and outcome.
- Carry out SMS / QMS / EMS education and develop training needs or appoint a trainer for it and evaluate the education / training provided to team members and monitor the safety management software administrator.
- Verify and evaluate the implementation of all services based on the Safety Management System.
- Attend owners and industry forums as appropriate.
- Supervise personal and team member periodic travel visits to vessels occur.
- Ensure Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) process is followed and adhered to.
- Monitor HSE deliverables are safely and timely executed during transfer of vessels (existing / New acquisitions) to the fleet.

**Job Requirement**:

- Strong HSEQ Shipmanagement background with proven skill (over 10 years) with minimum 3 to 5 Years of HSE experience at a Ship Manager in handling LNG vessels.
- Extensive sailing experience (over 10 years) onboard LNG/LPG/Tankers with minimum 3 to 5 years as master/CE managing Ocean-going LNG vessels.
- Relevant shore-based Business Administration degree is preferrable.
- Has deep understanding and experience of TMSA / ISO / ISM Audit / SIRE inspection in HSE and QA position ashore.
- Has an understanding of marine operations for the vessel types managed and cargo containment systems in the fleet.
- Has knowledge of the propulsion plant on-board the managed vessels.
- Has an understanding of the company software systems.
- Excellent communication skills especially in English with change management aptitude.
