Main Responsibilities
- Oversees inspections of housekeeping/ laundry activities to ensure procedures are followed according to the hotel's standard and to ensure the achievement of departmental productivity objectives.
- Assist Cabin Crew Manager with training regarding safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines.
- Schedules staff work schedules and duties according to productivity standards and forecasted occupancy; monitors staff's adherence to schedules and duties.
- As assigned by the Cabin Crew Manager, prepares reports about room occupancy, department expenses, and inventories and shares data with appropriate department heads.
- Responds quickly to guest requests/complaints in a friendly manner and follow up on appropriate requests or complaints to the relevant team member or manager.
- Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping services and takes corrective actions.
- Manages the Guest Lost and Found Logs together with the Cabin Crew Manager.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Cabin Crew Manager.

Knowledge, experience, skills required
- Minimum two years of housekeeping experience with at least one year as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a high volume hotel environment.
- Experienced in managing an organized labor work force
- Has experience in managing outsourced housekeeping services. E.g. Laundry/public area.
- Strong communication, decision-making, organization and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under high pressure, self-motivated, high energy and enthusiastic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, security and safety programs, associate relations, repairs, maintenance.
- Able to do shift work; work on weekends, eve/public holidays as and when assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
