**Roles & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, to assist in the daily hotel maintenance and operation of the in an efficient, effective and safe manner. Be part of the team ensuring the upkeep of property to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulation and standards:

- Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all services and equipment.
- Ensure and complete maintenance work orders from all departments are completed on a timely basis including supervision, delegation of duties and coordination of a team of technicians.
- Carry out and implement preventive maintenance program and ensure updates are done promptly
- Responsible for area cleaning on M&E facilities and organize special engineering repair and projects
- Responsible for premises CU and FCU preventive maintenance including rectification and follow up
- To conduct routine checks for buildings and all facilities, log the data of all facilities and follow up on the faults & repair works if required.
- To conduct energy audit on utilities services and ensure daily log are made
- To coordinate and monitor performance of contractors in repairing and servicing of the hotel properties
- To assist in sourcing quotations and liaising with contractor and vendor
- To assist in preparing the work schedule
- Assist in fire safety procedures within the Hotel
- Any other additional duties assigned by Reporting Officer when necessary
