The Procurement Officer reports to the General Manager and assists in all documentation and coordination of project matters.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

- Ensure proper documentation of all project related matters
- To work closely with General Manager to ensure proper documentation of materials control
- Assist in the procurement of suppliers of specified materials

**Value Add of Position**
- Help the project’s bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls;
- Establish a good relationship with Clients and Suppliers to ensure that the project is smoothly managed in terms of resources and timeline.

**Technical Competencies**
- Good knowledge of using excel
- Strong communication
- Willingness to learn
- Openness to work with others

**Qualifications and Education**
- Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in construction

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
