Living in a highly stressful society, pressured by both societal and self-expectations may make it challenging for many young adults today, to navigate life transitions, manage the responsibilities of adulthood & work related stress; as well as interpersonal conflicts, values confusion & issues related to one's career development and professional growth.

ThriveSg believes in the capacity of everyone to thrive significantly despite the challenges life may throw at us. We believe in investing in our young adults, because they are the future We hope to help them discover & harness their strengths, to live life to the fullest potential, so they can thrive in life. Therefore, we hope to empower them through the coaching resources we provide.

Here are our criteria for Volunteer Coach
- **Have completed a basic certification with a recognised coaching training provider.**:

- **Be working towards or have completed your coaching certification under established Coaching Associations such**_e.g International Coaching Federation (ICF), etc._**:

- **Be well-versed in various coaching models, techniques & tools with good empathic listening skills.**:

- **Ability to elicit in clients, self-awareness towards empowerment for achieving coaching/ mentoring goals.**:

- **Ability to ask good questions to facilitate effective coaching or mentoring.**:

- **Be able to build good rapport with young adults (17-25 years old).**:

- **Be willing to commit for a year and take up at least 2-3 cases with us a month.**_(Frequency for each case may differ-weekly, fortnightly, monthly.)_
