CW Aero Services Pte Ltd is a company established in Singapore, a new entity of business activity for 20 years in Aerospace.

We are specialists in selling and supporting Aviation products mainly from high-quality European manufacturers, to airports, airlines, and maintenance centers in Asia. Since 2015, the Engineering Department provides highly qualified technical support for these products, as well as maintenance for other equipment within the major companies of the aviation industry. Engineering services are provided in Singapore, and also cover all the Asian regions.

**Position Summary**

You will be hired as Service Electrician. You will maintain and repair electrical systems of heavy vehicles (pushback tractors, Ground Power Unit), mobile and fixed air-conditioning units, mobile and fixed generator sets, and other Ground Support Equipment (GSE) which can be found in Changi Airport.

You will report to the Ground Support Equipment Service Engineer.

**Main responsibilities**
- Diagnose breakdown on electrical and electronics systems mounted of the GSE
- Troubleshoot and fix alarms, repair malfunctioning systems, change defective parts
- Commission new equipment
- Train customer’s operators and technicians for operation and maintenance
- Inspect and maintain equipment in operation conditions
- Issue proper report and documentation after maintenance
- Record properly timesheet
- Ensure best response time to the customer when breakdown is reported
- Report faults properly to your hierarchy and customer
- Stock check for inventory
- Build confidence and trust with the client, bearing in mind the commercial interests of the company

**Skills/Qualifications**

**Should have minimum Nitec / NTC and above mechanical diploma or equivalent mechanical related degree or equivalent work experience**

**Mandatory**
- 5 years of experience as Service Electrician / Maintenance Technician in relevant industry (Automotive Industry, Transport Industry, Aircraft Maintenance Industry)
- Work experience in maintenance and repair tasks (Advantage if you have previous experience with ground support equipment)
- Basic working knowledge of heavy-duty diesel (diesel engine, hydraulics, electrical systems), construction equipment, or material handling industry.
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and customer support skills
- Able to obtain Airside/Airport pass
- Singapore or valid international Driving license holders (travel from location to location in the airport)
- Proficient in reading Electrical Drawings / Symbols/etc.
- Strong Awareness of work safety
- Strong Situational Awareness
- Able to handle the stress that may be caused by frequent changes due to production and maintenance
- Average Conversational level of English and proficiency in writing simple English
- Organization, communication, and customer care skills
- Can-do mindset and am willing to learn.

Good team player, you must be proactive and able to work autonomously.

**Additional / Recommended**
- Ground Support Equipment maintenance experience (at least 3 years)
- Mechanical and hydraulic understanding with maintenance skills on heavy vehicles
- Knowledge about working principles of diesel engine and transmission
- Knowledge about common industrial machinery components and maintenance
- Knowledge and usage of tools (electrical/Mechanical) is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams is a plus
- Knowledge in machining/fabrication is a plus
