**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Nitec/Diploma/Diploma In Engineering (Electrical)/Quality with minimum 2 years of work experience.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Office such as Word, and Excel,
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to understand and follow instructions. Eventually, required to manage the lab independently with own initiatives.
- **Essential duties of this position include**:

- Receive incoming instruments - Inspect received instruments from customers. Record damages (if any).
- Sorting of instruments into appropriate locations with tags
- Inputs received equipment into the database in preparation for calibration.
- Perform shipping/receiving duties for all instruments sent into the lab for calibration, and returning calibrated equipment to customers.
- Other Administrative Functions such as lab housekeeping, filing management, data entry, inspection, to support the overall productivity goals, and performs other duties as assigned.
- **Typical duties of this position include**:

- Perform Site Audit/Instrument Audit
- On Site Calibrations
- Preparation of Calibration Report
- Requires occassional travel in Asia-Pacific region
