Central Execution desk is firmly embedded as part of the Company’s strategic focus and accordingly reflected in our purpose of ‘Providing best execution service in global equity markets by continuously improve our execution process and connectivity’. Given our commitment to the cause, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join and strengthen our CE desk.

The successful incumbent will play an integral role in driving the CE desk strategies and initiatives with the penultimate objective of making a meaningful contribution to our Company. He / She will assist in various aspects of equity trading including order execution, trade booking and amendment, distribution of market colours, and other ad-hoc projects related to execution and connectivity.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Provide equity and CFD execution service for Institutional & Retail business units on various global stock exchanges using multiple trading platforms
- Perform verification procedure when receiving orders
- Distribute sales trading colours
- Work closely with TRs and other related departments to resolve trade discrepancies
- Report executed trades to respective business unit / TRs / clients
- Input post trade details into designated database platform (NOVA) to generate trade contracts
- Perform and assist with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises and system testing
- Provide administrative support for staff accounts
- Filing and documentation
- Continuously improve current workflow to ensure smooth order flow and reduce risk of error
- Other ad-hoc projects related to execution and connectivity

**Job Requirements**

**To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be**:

- Minimum education: Full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level/an International Baccalaureate Diploma / Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore / other equivalent academic qualification.
- CMFAS Module 1A, 5, 6 and 6A
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in MS office, trading ecosystem lifecycle and trading terminologies
- Able to work on shift rotation basis between Australian, Asian, or European market hours and during Singapore public holidays when other markets are open
- A strong team player with great sense of responsibility
- Great attention to detail and continuous improvement mind-set
- Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk taking

**Additional plus points**:

- Experienced in Global stock markets such as US, Europe, ASX, SET, IDX, BMal, HKEX, SSE, SZSE, PSE, ASX, TSE
- Experienced in Fidessa, FIS, and Bloomberg
