Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.45pm

1. Carry out first article inspection

2. Carry out QA inspection according to procedures

3. Record inspection results and indicate QA inspection/test status

4. In Charge in FA result documentation and control

5. Prepare internal calibration instruction

6. Implement control of internal calibration/maintenance of measuring equipment and recording of calibration results

7. Assist in maintenance of calibration records

8. Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior

9. Assist in generation of QA Work instruction/Procedures/Part Inspection Plan/QA Flow Chart

10. Assist in carrying-out gauge repeatability and reproducibility study

LOCAL ONLY

1. with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.

2. Able to use Measuring equipment such as Co-ordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and OGP Smart Scope machine etc
3. Diploma / ITC level
