**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the system environment, including network planning and system deployment
- Conduct daily inspections of the platform to ensure stable operation of the platform
- Monitor the operation of the system's services, networks, and databases, analyze and track them, and solve related faults
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, locate, and fix cloud platform product issues, and connect with development engineers until the basic functions of cloud computing products are restored
- Understand user needs, optimize the platform, and improve user experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- **Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-Speaking counterparts & colleagues**:

- Participate in the design of CI/CD, log collection, and monitoring alarms in O&M, and have independent design experience
- Ability to independently build various environments, experience in operation and maintenance of medium and large SaaS platforms is preferred
- Proficient in using Python, Shell, Go and other languages, proficient in one of them
- Experience in using automated operation and maintenance software such as Zabbix, Elk, Prometheus, etc
- In-depth understanding of Linux architecture, self-built Vcenter virtualization and K8S container orchestration technology in the computer center, familiar with the configuration optimization of NGINX, Redis and other software
- Familiar with IPv4/IPv6/VPN network analysis and optimization
- Familiar with database TiDB-level optimization, as well as adding, deleting, modifying, and searching
- Proficient in using various public cloud computing platforms, such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Tencent Cloud and other platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
