This role provides administrative support and assistance to the Dean, Graduate College, and Associate Dean (Graduate Education). By managing day-to-day administrative matters, the role enables the management team to focus on broader strategic responsibilities and ensure operational efficiency.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Manage Dean’s appointments and schedules.-
- Provide administrative support to Deputy Director in handling GC ExCo matters.- Any other duties as assigned by either Dean or Deputy Director of GC.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum requirement).- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.- Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles will be an advantage.- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work execution.- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
