IT Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
The IT team is responsible for managing and monitoring our global IT Infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service uptime to our clients & users around the world.

You will be involved with daily operations, service and change management, and various global IT initiatives

The scope of this role includes:

- Administer IT network infrastructure maintenance and workflow
- Render support on various IT requests
- Ensure IT services redundancies and service impact mitigation

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Sciences. Relevant industrial certifications are preferred.

You are expected to possess strong technical knowledge & skills in:

- Centralized Patching Management
- Antivirus Solution Management
- TCP/IP Networking and Network Security
- Vsphere/ESXI VMWare management
