Position Summary

Part of retail marketing strategy team driving business analysis to drive outcome based retail excellence and market competitiveness in terms of sell out and market share.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and generate sell-out reports across all channels, with clear business analysis and reports to drive a data-based approach to action planning across teams in a timely manner
- Sell-out analysis across all channels with clear retail recommendations in terms of distribution, retail visibility program framework development and maintenance
- Monitor progress of campaigns, analyse and suggest ideas for improvements where necessary.
- Propose and build data systems and business solutions to drive automated reporting as part of the COE for retail strategy in collaboration with multi-functional stakeholders
- Work with internal teams to create multichannel, marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring these are aligned.
- Responsible for regular tracking and reporting of project status and strong follow through with team members to drive positive project outcomes
- Drive innovative in-store events, programs & special projects
- Maintain and Manage internal database. (GSCM Store Codes, RMS update and analysis).
- Monitor competitor’s marketing activities.
- Manage and generate sell-out report
