Our client is one of the investing holding companies with an international presence and a diversified business portfolio. We are seeking an experienced
**Consolidation Specialist** to work closely with one of our subsidiary's Finance Heads in preparation of group financial statements, consolidation journals and P&L analysis.

The successful
**Consolidation Specialist **is also responsible for the group's investment accounting, deferred tax accounting, group URP adjustment, currency translation and leasing accounting.

**Other responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Prepare group consolidated financial statements, BS/PL/CF.
- Upload non-Oracle entities TB and perform review for correct accounting.
- Update Hyperion and in-house reporting systems, including optimizing and implementing system to capture/report new transactions and accounting policies.
- Cooperate with IT team to update the logics in Hyperion.
- Perform P&L analysis to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Assist in performing analysis for management reporting
- Assist in group statutory auditing process, perform required analysis and provide required information.
- Assist in preparing group draft AFS including NTAs

**Essential Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in preparing consolidated statements.
- Relevant experience in group investment accounting, deferred tax accounting, group URP adjustment, currency translation and leasing accounting and internal process control.
- **Finance consolidation experience for China, Singapore and/or USA market are vital and preferred.**:

- Relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry companies or auditing firm are preferred.
- **A good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.**:

- Familiar with** China GAAP, IAS, IFRS accounting standards.**:

- Ability to communicate and interact well with others.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- **Effective communication skills in English and Chinese** are vital due to internal and external business counterparts.
