We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic COO to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the organization.

**Job Summary**:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the company’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the efficiency and functionality of the business to drive sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**:

- Work closely with CEO to lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR department to foster a performance-driven culture.
- **Operation Management**:

- Manage company resources prudently and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive budgetary plans with CEO.
- Monitor financial performance and projections.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee daily operations with team which includes Marketing, Sales, Finance, and design
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
- Oversee the company in proposal, negotiations and project management for corporate clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, preferred but not mandatory
- More than 8 years of managerial experience
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills.
