**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and manage key ESG projects such as drafting ESG-related policies, carbon accounting, climate neutral initiatives and annual sustainability reporting, etc.
- Establish a mechanism to ensure timely, accurate and auditable tracking and reporting of ESG impact metrics.
- Create critical communications and data representations (data visualization, dashboards, etc.) of ESG metrics for key internal and external partners to support ESG reporting and brand purpose communications.
- Monitor ESG related risk and audit issues relating to the standard processes and controls and ensure timely completion of action plans.
- Perform horizon scanning and research into key emerging ESG developments and thematic environmental and social topics.
- Promote the importance of ESG throughout NUHS and organize appropriate trainings for relevant ESG areas where needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least six years of related ESG/sustainability strategy and reporting experience.
- Degree in fields such as Economics, Accountancy, Business Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences or Finance is required.
- Good project management, change management and facilitation skills and experience
- Knowledgeable in various sustainability frameworks and guidelines (e.g. Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, etc).
- Good knowledge and skills in Excel and data visualisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and able to work independently as well in team-oriented environments.
