Dance Choreograher

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a creative and talented Dance Choreographer to join our club and elevate our dance floor experience to the next level. As a Dance Choreographer, you will be responsible for creating exciting and engaging dance routines for our club's performances and events. You will work closely with our resident DJs, performers, and dancers to bring your vision to life and create memorable experiences for our club's patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the club's management team to understand the desired atmosphere and theme for each performance.
- Develop unique and captivating dance routines that align with the club's brand and target audience.
- Train and rehearse with the club's dancers to ensure precise execution of choreography.
- Continuously update and refresh dance routines to keep up with current trends and maintain audience engagement.
- Coordinate with costume designers and stylists to create visually stunning performances.
- Collaborate with the club's lighting and sound team to enhance the overall visual and auditory experience.
- Conduct auditions and recruit new dancers when required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Dance Choreographer, preferably in a club or nightlife setting.
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles, including hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and Latin.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire dancers.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of how dance can enhance the overall club experience.
- Ability to communicate in Thai preferred.
