** HIRING CATERING COOK**
**Position Summary**:
To assist in everyday meal preparation for customers (Tingkat), and also prepare for buffet orders. Must be able to cook CHINESE FOOD.
**Primary Responsibility**:
- Will require you to cook in mass quantity
- Work closely with the team for daily day-to-day operations
- Ensure the food quality standard
- Prevent wastage by cooking to required quantities, and also, keep food cost within budget
- Ensure the highest cleanliness standard of the kitchen
- Ensure all kitchen equipment are in working condition
- To take all orders from Executive Head Chef and Management personnel.
**Requirement(s)**:
- Must have experience in this field (Min. 1 year experience)
- Willing to work during P.H
**Salary Range**:
$2500 to $3000
**Working Hours**:
- 6 days work week
- Day shift only
