**What you'll do**
- Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible.
- Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and media—be able to craft compelling and on brand visuals, as well as effective key visuals and communication designs
- Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
- Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions,
- Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
- Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualisation of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the stakeholders.

**What you’ll need**:

- 4+ Years of Professional Experience in a technology-focused startup, creative agency or freelance capacity.
- Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible.
- Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and social media platforms—be able to craft compelling and on brand visuals, as well as effective key visuals and communication designs
- Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
- Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions,
- Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
- Experience in designing visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands
- An excellent online portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
- Master at Adobe Creative Suite & other leading design tools.
- Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability and experience with After Effects and 3D design tools are a plus.
- Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital technologies are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
