- Coordinate and follow up on Green Mark, LEED, and WELL certification documentation and data collection, helping set the standard for sustainable building practices.
- Assist the team with site inspections and data analysis for energy audits, including chiller plant and cooling systems. Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations to improve building performance.
- Support the team in essential documentation tasks, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting reports, and preparing project materials, developing a thorough understanding of professional communication and documentation.
- Track daily activities and maintain records for personnel on ad-hoc tasks.
- Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
