**The Opportunity**:
The Strategic Marketing Manager will support the overall marketing & communications strategy for Proxtera and our solution offerings, working closely with our channel partners and external agencies to visualise the Proxtera brand and our ecosystem to the world.

**What you will do**:

- Developing Proxtera’s channel marketing strategy and implementing marketing plans for our products, such as SME Financial Empowerment Programme and Proxtera Plus.
- Advise PX Leadership Team on areas on marketing research, campaigns and advertising (online/offline) for maximum effect.
- Together with Director, Partnership, develop specific Go-To-Market communications strategy for each new trade corridor, including identifying and negotiating new channel marketing partnerships.
- Together with Director, Strategy to develop fact bases: Synthesising a wide range of data such as customer research, market insights and existing user data to develop understanding of the issue or opportunity.
- Develop and own the marketing budget for all Proxtera programmes. This includes budget allocations with channel partners.

**What you bring to the table**:

- At least 5 years experience in channel marketing, in both digital and offline campaigns
- Worked in corporate marketing in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Banking, Wholesale trade, Manufacturing, B2B E-commerce
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques, ideally in B2B use-cases or B2B focused industries
- Highly numerate, commercially minded and a proven track record of managing and planning marketing budgets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and working under aggressive timelines
- Able to demonstrate sophisticated communication, influencing and negotiating skills including the ability to listen, think on his/her feet, structure coherent and well thought out proposals (both verbally and in writing), influence, challenge and gain clear commitment to agreed ways forward.
- Strong passion to work in a start-up environment

**Tech Stack Experience**:

- Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Google Analytics
- CRM tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot
- PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau or similar data visualisation softwares
- Design tools such as Adobe Creative Studio, Figma, Canva
