- Ordering and procurement of ingredients for kitchen according to the regulations set forth
- Overseeing the maintenance of AWE kitchen, food quality assurance, food hygiene practice & safety standards
- Delivering consistently high-quality food, ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the OsomeFood new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices at all times, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete tasks
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of OsomeFood products to ensure that standards are met
- Ensure that the daily food production, preparation and presentation are of the highest quality and meet the standard set by the company at all times
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, presentation standards and proper handling of all food products at right temperature
- Monitoring inventory, portion and waste control
- Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
- Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly and non-political working environment
- Believe and promote our OsomeFood SuperFood Super function with integrity
- Ensure ethical and quality production of our OsomeFood with standard of excellence
- Any other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by Wellness Executive chef
- As Company prompts healthy lifestyle, non-smokers are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
