**Job Description**:
1) Plan and delegate to other drivers in the company the transportation job for the company. This includes ferrying the workers form dormitory to job sites and from job sites to dormitory, send and collect documents from Head Office to clients or suppliers and from Clients or Suppliers to Head Office, arrange transportation for workers’ medical appointments and classes and arrange transportation for other ad hoc activities.
2) Monitor the status of vehicles and schedule the maintenance of vehicles as and when it is necessary.
3) Supervise and remind other drivers about the maintenance of cleanliness of the individual vehicles they are using.
4) Coordinate with the Operation Personnel regarding the schedule or changes in the manpower deployment of every site and adjust the transportation routines of other drivers as per the manpower deployment changes.
5) Communicate to the Head Office the concerns and issues of Transportation Group.
6) Ferry the workers from Dormitory to Job Sites and Job Sites to Dormitory using the company own transportation.
7) Other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
2) Minimum 3 years working experience as driver.
3) Must have valid class 4 driving licence.
4) Must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
